Grandmaster Choa started learning spiritual topics and energy healing at an early age, by studying the works of the Rosicrucians, Theosophy, Astara, Huna, Kabbalah, and various similar systems. His had his formal training in chemical engineering and this training helped his sense of practicality to develop his step-by-step approach to healing that later became the Pranic Healing® system.
For 20 years, Master Choa traveled continuously and instructing students personally in over 60 countries on 6 continents. Prior to his passing on March 19, 2007, Master Choa completed 25 books that were published in more than 30 languages and established more than 100 Pranic Healing Centers in over 90 countries. There is a philanthropic arm called the MCKS Charitable Foundation, that runs feeding programs in various countries as well as funds medical assistance to poor patients, and contributes to disaster relief the world over.
Jiddu Krishnamurti (1895-1986) was a renowned philosopher and spiritual teacher, known for his profound insights on human consciousness and transformation. Born in India, he was adopted in his youth by the Theosophical Society, which believed he was a future spiritual leader. However, Krishnamurti later renounced this role, disbanding the organization formed around him and asserting that truth is a pathless land, emphasizing the importance of personal discovery and insight over adherence to any organized belief system.
Krishnamurti spent his life traveling the world, speaking to large audiences, and engaging in dialogues with scientists, religious figures, and intellectuals. His teachings focus on the understanding of the mind and human relationships, advocating for a change in consciousness to address societal problems. He emphasized the need for a revolution in the psyche, free from traditional religious and philosophical constraints. His works continue to inspire many in various fields, including education and psychology.
Notably, Krishnamurti's philosophy aligns well with the principles of Pranic Healing, which emphasize the importance of spiritual knowledge and self-awareness in achieving holistic health and well-being. His teachings encourage individuals to explore the depths of their own minds, fostering a deeper connection with the inner self, a key aspect in Pranic Healing practices.
Pranic Breathing is not just about taking deep breaths; it's a deliberate technique that enhances the life force or "prana" within the body. This practice involves a specific rhythm and depth of breathing to increase the absorption of prana from the surroundings, which can have a profound effect on one's physical and emotional well-being.
Twin Hearts Meditation is more than a simple relaxation technique; it is a powerful form of meditation that involves the activation and harmonization of two of the body's primary energy centers: the Heart and Crown chakras. Master Choa Kok Sui, the modern founder of Pranic Healing, developed this meditation to help practitioners cultivate inner peace, heightened intuition, and increased cognitive abilities.
I live in New Jersey with my family doing my energy work.
I had been on the spiritual path since my childhood which was influenced by my upbringing in India.
My energy work allows me to connect with people at a deeper, emotional level. Get in touch with the expressions and the emotions their being is expressing into the world. I feel happy with sense of reverence seeing someone's life unfold with significant empowerment as I would seeing a beautiful work of nature
